Arrived at around 7:20 one monitor was not working and the other one was off ,I know that I was there early, when the Monitor came on I signed in ,when they started calling names I was the first one and she called me to the back and started Bitching at me because I signed in early and she stayed that there was a sign out there telling you when to sign in which there wasn't she took it out on me because she had to work that morning that was on August 2
I've never gone here and not had a problem or waited less than 20 minutes even with an appointment. First time, they misplaced one of the tubes and I didn't get the results for that test for 2 months. Second time, they cleared my name from the screen but didn't call me until I said something after several other people who came after me were called. Third time, they put in for the wrong blood test, a non-fasting one, even though I specifically said I was fasting. I will not be going back.

Have to have blood work done on a regular basis at least twice a year. Best staff and lab. I won't go anywhere else. Sometimes I walk in but try to make an appointment online in advance when I can. So convenient and can't say enough about them they are caring and professional
CHELSEA was very rude and had a very bad attitude with my wife today when we were there for some blood tests, no empathy at all. Reason we walked away. Do not come to this place if Chelsea would be the one who take the blood samples. Or ask Amy other
