This is a very nice wellstar facility. It's an urgent care clinic with a lab and imaging center all in one with a restaurant bistro inside as well. Plenty of parking, lab has weekend hours as well.

I have been to this location a handful of times and only ONCE was an okay experience. This most recent, and last time, Chilsom called my name so many times like she was in a rush. I am in a wheelchair and took a few seconds longer than an ambulatory patient. We get towards the back and I ask which station and she mumbled, so I asked if she could repeat it, instead of just speaking normally she spoke in very short louds syllables like I was now all of a sudden deaf. Wellstar needs to stop telling people they owe money for visits and procedures that insurance will cover. They try to make you pay cash for visits that have been covered a thousand times because that is essentially giving them a loan while they make YOU wait on insurance to pay you back instead instead of them. BE FOR REAL. Stop telling working people they owe thousands of dollars for things that are COVERED. We pay ENOUGH already.
