This is the second time I have taken my daughter to get labs done and they either have forgotten to add the test into the order or they do not collect enough of a sample to complete the testing. I even questioned the amount this past time and she said oh its fine. It is so frustrating because we have been waiting for 2 weeks to get the labs and then they come back as insufficient so now we have to go for more bloodwork for a 7 year old.
World class service? Waiting for an hour to have bloodwork done and Only 2 people working on a Friday? Wellstar do better with your staffing!
If I could give them less than a star I would so this grade is actually inflated. My wife had blood taken and passed out which she has a history of doing. No fault of the nurse, however her reaction afterwards and the reaction of the staff was one of the most unprofessional displays you will ever witness. Nurses screaming and cursing and panicking while my 11 year old daughter watched on, and once my wife came to they brushed her off and forced her out the door to leave before she was comfortable. My appt was at 9:30 and was back in my car at 945.
I have always had a pleasant experience with all the phlebotomists! They have all been very kind, professional, and super friendly!
