Our doctor wanted me to go to this lab because he would get our results directly. Well, not so! They sent the bloodwork off to Lab Corp, and the doctor did not get the results, this was 3 weeks ago. We had to call the customer service line for the lab, they said that Wellstar sent the blood off to LabCorp, and yes they would get the results and send them to my doctor. My husband and I came in for some blood work. They had a self check kiosk which made everything super easy. We were in and out in 20 min. Staff was friendly.
Worst labs ever. Slow. Unfriendly. Indifferent. Closed for lunch? Really?? Understaffed? On the plus side, You don't need an appointment.
Never on time! I arrived on time and checked in for a "scheduled" fasting appointment one full hour prior to another appointment at the imaging center in the same building and STILL waiting! Needless to say they've already made me late for the other appointment.
