Desiree who drew my blood for labs did amazing! I have never gotten my blood drawn before so quickly and pain free. I have always had bad experiences with drawing blood my whole life. If I ever need labs I definitely will be coming back to this location!
Wait time is too long, most of the staff who there to help are generally rude or short tempered, and the system routinely misplaces medical orders creating an even longer delay. Find another place for lab work if you can
They have very nice nurses here
I had Ms. Donteya as my phlebotomist and she was excellent-I had a really bad visit with the doctor and nurse prior to my lab visit and she became the highlight of my visit. She was thoughtful, kind, quick and just really good at making people feel comfortable and I think she’s great at her job! For both skill and having a great personality, she deserves more than a 10/10
Every time I have blood work done at this location, it is a painless process. In the past I've had instances where they were unable to locate the veins in my arms, hasn't ever been an issue there. Most of the time, I make an appointment and it is very little wait time.
