No sense of hospitality or respect from some of these workers. During my pregnancy I had to take the glucose test here and they sent me out to the waiting room for the hour to wait for my blood draw. They never told me I was supposed to just walk back so i was under the assumption they were going to call me back after the hour. This is a very nice wellstar facility. It's an urgent care clinic with a lab and imaging center all in one with a restaurant bistro inside as well. Plenty of parking, lab has weekend hours as well.
Very friendly Check in staff, Very friendly lab tech, it was a very an easy quick pleasant experience!
I have been to this location a handful of times and only ONCE was an okay experience. This most recent, and last time, Chilsom called my name so many times like she was in a rush. I am in a wheelchair and took a few seconds longer than an ambulatory patient. We get towards the back and I ask which station and she mumbled, so I asked if she could repeat it, instead of just speaking normally she spoke in very short louds syllables like I was now all of a sudden deaf.
