I have been to this location a handful of times and only ONCE was an okay experience. This most recent, and last time, Chilsom called my name so many times like she was in a rush. I am in a wheelchair and took a few seconds longer than an ambulatory patient. We get towards the back and I ask which station and she mumbled, so I asked if she could repeat it, instead of just speaking normally she spoke in very short louds syllables like I was now all of a sudden deaf. Nurse/tech at the desk next to sign in kiosk sitting and not looking up when anyone walks up. A lady walked in looking around obviously confused/not sure where to go finally gets the nurse/tech attention away from the computer screen and says I’m here for my mammogram. The girl just looked up and said well this is for blood/lab work,,you have to go sign in for imaging….why not take a extra few seconds and explain that she needs to go back out front where the imaging sign in desk is. There is really no way to know if your wait time will be short or long even if you have an appointment. I’ve gone sometimes and there were only a few people in the waiting room so I didn’t wait long and my appointment time was honored. However, it is apparent that some days they book too many appointments for the same time or don’t leave enough time between appointments. Sometimes the wait time with an appointment can be an hour or More. This could easily be solved by not booking so many appointments and by booking by appoin... read more
