Do anything you can to avoid this place at all costs. I am usually not one to hand out negative reviews, but I will this time to hopefully shed some light on what is happening in this place. My mother first came here last summer, for some imaging. I went with her and it was a horrifying experience. From the time my referral was sent to the appointment being scheduled the staff kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Upon arrival the check in process was easy and the overall appearance of the office was calming. When I got to the back the nurse, the Dr, the woman doing the mri images were all extremely communicative and reassuring. If I lived closer I would definitely choose to come here for regular checkups! The process wasn’t easy but they told me up front making it a little easier to get through!
Excellent customer service, minimumal wait times in lobby or waiting area.
Not starting off on a good note at all. I was recommended to have a mammogram by my obgyn due to some personal concerns and due to me being under screening age they canceled my appointment without giving me notice and scheduled an ultrasound instead without my consent. I found out when I went to double check my appointment date on my chart. They would have kept silent about it. When I asked who did it they refused to tell me the name. Completely inappropriate.
