I’ll first start off by saying they did a great job with getting us in and out pretty quickly. That’s about the only positive I can give about our experience. Our 60 day old son was really pale in the face, and since it was after business hours, the pediatrician sent us to get him checked out, out of caution. When we arrived, he had a fever of 100.7 which is normal given that he just had vaccines. Jeannie was extremely rude. All other nurses and doctors were very kind.
The ER was attentive to my daughter as she arrived in a severe state of DKA. We were moved quickly to the PICU. This review is for PICU- As wonderful as some of the nurses are at this unit, a nurse who cannot regulate her nervous system is a huge danger. Nurse Ashley showed visible frustration with me as a mother questioning her about my daughter’s treatment. She also loudly exclaimed in front of all her coworkers and loud enough for patients to hear in their rooms “I don’t care. I get paid the same” after I asked for her to... read more
