Staff was kind and efficient. I do wish they relayed prior to appointment what to avoid. I had to rip my nails off for possible gel metal and that was not a good experience. Knowing before hand what to avoid would have been amazing.

Was hung up on when calling to inquire about my referral status. They don't make you feel valued or welcomed at all, bragging about getting over 200 referrals a day. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees for a healthcare organization, especially a neurology center

Kirby (working front desk) was the best! We forgot our insurance card while leaving and she immediately called us and was standing outside waiting with the card when we arrived back. She was very patient and understanding. Overall she makes this place a great experience

Taking 2 stars today because customer service is always a priority to me, especially at doctors offices. Monet I believe was her name, the front desk lady, she didnt even smile or welcomed us, little rude attitude, it seemed she didnt want to be there. The tech that called us was better. Waited time was good.
