My dr ordered a complete sedation mri. I waited over 2 hours for the anesthesiology team to make an appearance. The team never went over my chart, speak to me, look at my extensive allergy list nor my dr orders. They used Versed for the sedation. I was aware of what was going on while in the mri. There was no apology from the anesthesiologist nor the PA. Very professional
Having to go into a facility for an MRI, due to concens regarding memory issues, was frightening in of itself. Upon arrival I was warmly and comfortably greeted at the front desk by Terra who assisted me in completing my paperwork and placing me into the hands of Emily, my tech who prepped me for the MRI. By the time that I was ready for my scan, those two ladies had handled me with such care and in such a professional manner that I was relaxed and comfortably ready for what came next.
