It’s obvious an ER in America so wait times are a little high. After I went back to see a doctor everything went pretty smoothly. Thanks to the nurses and doctors who helped me out and figure out what is going on with me.
I wouldn't recommend family member to this hospital. The intake staff act like officers and the doctor i met seemingly was more concerned with a video game than a patient. Good luck, I will not return to this hospital.
Specifically for the pediatric emergency department: They were amazing. The nurses were kind, personable, attentive, and patient. They made my son feel calm and cared for. We really appreciated that after the chaos of arriving via ambulance.
Kennestone Hospital emergency gave me the best service. I highly recommend you choose this Hospital if you're ever in need of medical care. They were attentive and caring and very professional. They made sure I was comfortable and would not let me leave until I was well enough to go home. Great Hospital.
