The staff and doctors are quite nice but when you need answers outside an appointment, no one will answer any calls or messages on mychart.
I absolutely would not recommend the Kennestone Cancer Center. There are much better places that will actually treat you with care and kindness, such as Emory or City of Hope. Firstly, when my mom was first diagnosed here she was getting mixed information from each person. Some people would say they were still waiting on results, some people would say it was cancer and then backpedal on their answer when she asked if it was confirmed. 24 immunotherapy treatments with a wonder drug. Many visits with Dr. Kirkel and the warm and caring staff at the Cancer Center. My family and I are deeply grateful for the knowledgeable and attentive care I received in successfully dealing with this disease. Dr, Kirkel is truly amazing. Our community is immeasurably blessed to have him and the Cancer Center staff.
I would like to thank all the nurses downstairs doing the chemos and doing infusion bags thank you for saving my life and everyone in radiation with Dr Davies thank you for being so kind to me even when I have my breakdowns and cry you're always there for me and my chemo doctor looks 12 that's okay with me she's very smart and very sweet and she's very dedicated to her husband cuz I had a t-shirt on that her husband hates that team I don't even know the shirt it's from Michigan my husband got it for me so I took it off today... read more
