The ladies that helped my Mom and I at the imaging center were amazing and so caring - from checking in until leaving, 10/10.
I scheduled a mammogram appointment in December for February. They called me in February to reschedule the appointment due to maintenance. It was rescheduled to April and now I received another call to reschedule again for no justifiable reason. Are you kidding me? I they don’t have the staff, why do they even have appointments? Or why are they even open? That is the worst experience I have had at this location. Hope someone could explain this to me.
I had a great experience with my tech Jeff and the nurse (I can’t remember her name). They both made me having a scan on a crazy day as calm as possible. Jeff explained to me everything in detail that I was so completely comfortable. I have had a scan before but this is the first one I was able to listen to music too. That made this one so special to me as it calmed my nerves. Jeff is amazing, kind soul. Thank you for having people like him work at Wellstar.
I’ve had an ultrasound and x ray at this location. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!
Staff wasted my time by not returning my call before the appointment to tell me that an MRI was going to cost $3000 out of pocket.
