My 86 year old mother has recently had a few imaging appointments at Wellstar East Cobb Health Park. She has had a CT scan, ultrasound and MRI over the past few weeks for a few ongoing health issues. I can't remember everyone's name who has helped her but I want to commend the entire staff at this facility as everyone from the check in desk to the office staff and technicians performing the procedures has been so kind and supportive. They made me feel horrible about myself for not being able to conceive naturally. I have pcos and haven’t been able to get pregnant after years of trying. I went to the doctor and she ordered an hsg test and gave me a paper order. I called and tried to schedule and they refused to schedule me and said it needed to be faxed even though I heard the automated system say “if you have a paper order from your physicians office please have it in hand so you can provide the information to the agent” no less than 10 times while I was... read more

I scheduled a mammogram appointment in December for February. They called me in February to reschedule the appointment due to maintenance. It was rescheduled to April and now I received another call to reschedule again for no justifiable reason. Are you kidding me? I they don’t have the staff, why do they even have appointments? Or why are they even open? That is the worst experience I have had at this location. Hope someone could explain this to me.
