I got in and out fast!! I've had CT scan and Xrays done multiple times. The check in nurses could be friendlier though. Some good, some indifferent.
I went in for an MRI, drove 30 minutes to get it done. Guess what, it didn’t even happen! Thanks to the awful scheduling department and their manager. When entering, there were two women there for checkin. The one who took me had a nasty attitude, she doesn’t know how to speak to people and neither did her coworker next to her. The front desk girl Monet Is mean and rude Unprofessional No greeting just pay your copay and go sit down She didn't even ask why we were there Then she on her phone using profanity like we cant hear her Having people like this in the medical field with sick people needs to be reconsidered
