Waited 2 hours for a 5 minute Xray. They only accept X-rays as walk ins and supposedly only one person was ahead of me when I got here. This is unacceptable.
Was told by my doctor to get a mammogram. The lady who takes the appointments told me I was wrong. Like I didn’t hear with my own two ears or get a letter that I read with my own 2 eyes telling me to get a mammogram. She refused to get a manager constantly talked over me and clearly does not care about people’s well being. Considering what field she is in, she should be fired immediately. I will be posting the recording to all social media platforms. Until she is held accountable.
It took 45 minutes and three times asking for the contrast solution, and I'm still waiting. Poor leadership!
My nurse Melissa was amazing, I was nervous about my procedure and she walked me throught everything and was very reassuring, Dr. Hanes was very funny and that helped me shake off my nerves as well, I felt very cared for !
I had to come here for some imaging and I honestly had a nice experience. The building is clean. The woman who greeted me when I walked in was friendly. And my sonographer, Collette was kind and patient with me. Her professionalism and kind demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety at this appointment. After my experience today I definitely recommend this Wellstar.
