Was highly disappointed this morning. After having an open wound Cauterized by Wellstar fantastic Urgent Care. I was referred in house to the hand Surgery team on a possible needed skin graft. We were kindly directed to the office, where we asked the receptionist if there was a possibility of any cancellation or openings today. She cut us off in a rude tone stating the doctor doesn’t do walk ins. And continued to stare at us. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this office. From check in with Ms. Flossi, who is incredibly amazing at her job. She is so personable and is very good at communicating if they’re running behind. Dr. Brandy Cross and Ms. Cathy Thomas are so nice and they take the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and never make me feel rushed.
