I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this office. From check in with Ms. Flossi, who is incredibly amazing at her job. She is so personable and is very good at communicating if they’re running behind. Dr. Brandy Cross and Ms. Cathy Thomas are so nice and they take the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and never make me feel rushed. Everyone in the office was so accommodating and pleasant! Brandy Cross MD (hand surgeon) explained everything exceptionally well and was very considerate and conscientious when administrating the treatment. I would definitely drive out of my way to continue to get medical treatment here!
