On Friday, April 18, I had an occasion to ask one of your employees about an appointment I thought I had with your office. Her name was Neysha and she was one of the nicest and most helpful Wellstar employees that I have ever encountered. She told me my appointment was not there, and continued to find out all she could to locate my appointment. She made several trips away from her desk to inquire about an appointment. The office staff here literally will pick up the phone and hang up on you. Regardless of how good the docs are, it is staggering how bad the staff is.

Assembly line care. They want to push expensive CT scans without even doing bloodwork or other tests prior.

Love Dr. Aziz, but when I try to schedule an appointment online through the patient portal it shows no availability and pops up a prompt to call the office. Call the office and the phone simply rings and rings or plays hold music and is not answered. Frustrating.

Run. Don't bother. You won't get to Dr. Aziz either. I also got called the day of to change my time, but worked with it. After getting checked in I waited for 45min without any communication from staff. I left, told staff I had been waiting for that long and the other doctor I was assigned asked for five more minutes. I refused. Walked out. Disorganization abound, and no communication.
