I had a positive experience during my initial visit to Wellstar Family Medicine for a physical examination. My next appointment was scheduled for August 6 at 10:15 AM to address shoulder pain and obtain a medication refill. However, despite acknowledging the wait time, I was not seen by Jesse Smith NP until 10:50 AM, which gave the impression of a lack of consideration for my time. Given my work commitments, I was unable to spend the entire day waiting, and their apparent disregard for my schedule is unacceptable.
Low wait time, extremely knowledgeable and expert dr.dholaria. Considerate and polite. Never in a hurry.Doesn’t lose patience like many specialist do. Had a similar experience with NP Jesse.
The lady that answers the phone seems lost. The nurse never, never, never calls you back. Why doesn't she call you back when you leave her a message? Am I not worth one minute of her time? You would think wellstar could do better than this!!!!
