I certainly would not want to return here. The staff was pleasant enough, but communication with patients could be significantly improved. Either the provider or the hospital system also employed tactics that resulted in unnecessary and surprise bills, but neither the Billing Department nor Patient Relations made a real effort to address my concerns. I didn't want to come here because of how bad the reviews were, but a nurse at the urgent care we were at recommended it. She said that it was the only one she would visit —she worked at a Piedmont urgent care. We came in at about 6 pm and didn't til it was midnight. We had to wait a while, but I noticed the staff prioritized people with more critical conditions. The nurses and front desk staff were polite and professional. The doctors also did a good job.

I had the most amazing experience at the Emergency Department then I ever had at any other hospital in S.C. or N.C. The staff was so amazing and friendly. Very professional and quick response.

Let’s just say they have no compassion. Especially morning crew. I had a grand mal seizure at 11:33 am while getting bloodwork and they left me unattended. Never treated me for the seizure at all and It’s on camera. Sent me home an hour later. It was a nightmare so just save yourself and go to a different hospital. It’s not worth your life.

My experience was pleasant and peaceful. The staff was patient and kind and compassionate. I walked in at 9pm and walked out at 1am but was checked on constantly and provided interim care. And when I left I wasn’t in pain and had clear instructions on next steps. I won’t take away from other experiences but mine was the complete opposite of what’s been listed by others. Yes, there was a lengthy wait time but there were also hundreds of patients that evening. I’ll take a longer wait time and great service over the opposite. C... read more
