DO NOT GO TO ANY WELLSTAR FACILITY!! I have been trying to dispute my charges for MONTHS and no one is able to get me in contact with anyone who can help. I’ve been trying to get this resolved before I’m sent to collections, but I’m convinced they don’t want to take accountability for their actions so they’re blatantly ignoring me. The staff in emergency room is rude and worry about the food they eating at there desk.
I was going to give a two star for a different location. I could not find the exact location to give a review so I called corporate. The young lady that answered did not know what a review was. She said " you mean the survey we send." I said no, the reviews you do on Google. She was literally confused. I asked for someone else. He, too, had no idea.
