I had a negative experience with Dr. Shalini Kansal at Wellstar in 2024, where rushed recommendations for septoplasty and nasal valve repair (without proper imaging) led to multiple additional surgeries and years of complications. My experience was the worst ever I went to the Marietta campus clinic and the lady ms Cardenas was at the desk i tried to make an appointment to see the doctor and she was very rude and nasty she even cursed me and I still tried to give her my insurance information and she over talked me and was still nasty and she smelled like Marijuana heavily i didn't understand that but I really think wellstar should drug test there employees and attitude training also .
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have 2 insurances, and they still can't get it right.
The virtual assistant is a complete waste of time. Please get us back to REAL people to answer the phone!!!!
