I had a negative experience with Dr. Shalini Kansal at Wellstar in 2024, where rushed recommendations for septoplasty and nasal valve repair (without proper imaging) led to multiple additional surgeries and years of complications. I have serious concerns about my recent experience in the Emergency Department on November 3rd. While I was promptly signed in, had vitals taken, and received an X-ray within 30 minutes, I then waited approximately five hours in the waiting room. During that time, my vital signs were taken twice in a public area, which raises privacy concerns under HIPAA guidelines.
