I went to this facility twice today for bloodwork, then an MRI. And both went off fine. Everybody that I interacted with was pleasant, efficient and professional. My first MRI ever, and they are having to use a mobile MRI unit thats in a trailer outside. It was very loud and weird sounding, but Virginia and Michael (?) got me situated and comfortable, and we made it happen, no problems.
I had a horrible experience at my appointment on 9/4/25 @ 7:45.. Right from the black woman receptionist working that morning, to the ultrasound tech, she was a white woman named Stella. They were super rude, & nasty Not even a simple hello. I never felt so unwelcome in my life. These woman are clearly miserable with their life and job. If you hate your job just QUIT & if you Hate your life seek Jesus, he heals and restores joy in your miserable lives. DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON ME SILLY ONES!!!

I love all of them so far and the drs I have seen I’m changing over from Cartersville and Rome and it’s a big difference these people care more and want to actually help you, but you’ve got to do as they say and help yourself they can’t help you if you don’t help yourself but Cartersville medical I wouldn’t send my dog there
I had my first MRI there and the imaging machine itself was huge, but not converse him in the room. It was in, felt like walking onto the side of Star Trek or something. The staff was super nice too.
