I would NEVER place a loved one here. The staff are over worked, because they are always understaffed and management is very Unprofessional. The food is Horrible, served cold, and is visually unappealing. Even if it is served on time, it never comes in fresh. It's as if they cook it all at once then leave it out until it's time to serve. Most meat comes VERY DRY and they though some sauce or gravy on it. The place is falling apart. There are "soft " spots on the 2 nd and 3 rd floors.. RecommendedA wonderful place to work. I was able to work at Sierra Ridge the last year and a half, and I was glad I did. Working with our residents was the most fulfilling work that I have ever done. Joyce, Lynda, Jen and the rest of the management staff really care about the residents, and have their best interests at heart. Every job has its ups and downs, but the caregivers give their all to try and make the residents comfortable and happy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place for their loved ones.

RecommendedMy dad has been at arbor for over a year now. We are so grateful to the staff for his care. With Covid things have been so crazy in our world but the staff is always available. Dylan the manger is great to answer right away and Sally the nurse is always helpful. Arbor has had a lot of care staff for a long time. We appreciate their care for my dad.
