Yesterday I fell while coming up the steps to Wellspring. I think 4 caretakers rushed out to help me. So kind and the security guard helped me out. My husband is Dr Haydens patient and he receives the best care from him for the past several years. Great doctor great care.
Been going to Wellspring for almost 3 years. I love how simple the "treatment" is. Have had some major medical issues for the last 2.5 years. Dr Hayden does not sugar coat he exhausts all avenues, and referes to proper specialists. He maps out a treatmentplan and all I have to do is be accountable and help him, to help myself. As long as I follow up and take care of myself they go above and beyond.
I've been going there for years. Usually, I have no problems and my care team are wonderful. Unfortunately the newer receptionist is... Not a pleasure to interact with. I just had the most unpleasant exchange, beginning to end, I have ever had in 6 years there. First she told me my doctor didn't work there when I used his first name. Then she said they had a Dr. (Last name) That's the same... Person. (Not my fault she doesn't know a Dr.'s full name) She then proceeded to be unpleasant and curt.
