I sought her out because she had geriatric experience and I needed a PT to create a bone loading exercise plan for me to help combat osteoporosis. Growing up playing sports, I was sidelined with a dislocating patella. When it started sidelining me from playing with my daughter I decided to finally have surgery, and commit to the long, intensive recovery. I was fortunate to find Wellspring. I worked with Jessica DPT over the course of a year, and literally learned how to use my leg again. Now my daughter tries to keep up with me!
I got the help I needed to have a more healthy happy life from Erica and the great staff there.
Started a few weeks ago. The staff here are so great. from front desk to the therapist I've been so pleased with my treatment here. I actually end up laughing and having fun and then makes doing the work easier. thank you Wellspring
