I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shamp. He genuinely listened to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and provided great care. The staff was also friendly and professional. I’m thankful to have found such a great doctor.

I came to Wellspring after a breast cancer diagnosis a few years ago. I met with Dr. Steve Shamp, who went above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard during one of the worst times of my life. The level of personalized care that I received is something I am eternally grateful for. I even send him a Christmas card every year! Very impressed with Dr. Shamp. Compassionate, easy to talk with, great listener, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy.
Sending me a bill when you could do nothing but cause me more stress during this cancer process is absurd. I talked to the doctor for 20 minutes, and this place caused nothing but issues. My treatments were delayed weeks because of this Wellspring's laziness. Send my appointment charge to charity since you all think you can charge $200 for a 20 minute appointment where you weren't even sure that your location would even be able to accept my insurance.
