Awful communication. They never answer their phone, and their mailbox is always full. This is "lack" of a clinic. I feel sorry for the patients. I've called numerous times the past couple weeks. Do you all even have a receptionist, organization, or actual help in your clinic? Get it together and serve your community better. It's pathetic. Thank you.
Kristi Sager is an outstanding NP and person! She has been seeing my daughter's for about 7 years and I couldn't see myself taking them to anyone else!
