My experience with Valor has been nothing but pleasant. From speaking to customer service to emails, they are professional, courteous, and all around nice. Especially with the automatic refills, they inform you every step of the way with notification emails.
As a non-profit animal hospice organization , we take care of at least 15 kitties who are seniors, in hospice, or special-needs. Often, we need compounding pharmacies to help us formulate special medications for some of our more health-challenged cats. My experiences with Valor have been excellent. Knowledgeable staff and customer service have assisted me without fail on numerous occasions. Prescriptions arrive at my home carefully packaged and on time.

I would give 4 and a half stars, but I gave 4 stars on Yelp, so I’ll give 5 here. I think you can really judge a company by their customer service. When mistakes happen, do they or don’t they jump into action and resolve issues? Valor definitely has strong customer service and resolves issues quickly and kindly.
