Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable. Since Doctor Bedwell has taken over, things have been fantastic at that office. I've been a patient here for 2 years now, zero complaints :)
Great and caring staff they actually listen
The Clinic is an absolute pleasure to go to. The customer service is excellent, the facility is extremely responsive when you call and have questions. The PA, Kevin B, is so friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough but most of all he is very patient with all of the questions I ask, I never feel like I’m rushed. Both administrative assistant are amazing especially Vangie, she is the best!! I highly recommend this clinic for both physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Caring doc and Kevin , the PA , listens and not rush you out!!! I have been w them for at least 5 years and had not one problem!!! The staff is great!
I have been coming here for approximately 10 years or more. They care and will not just fill RX without proper reasons. Dr Arena cares about the well being of her patients and does not rush thru clients, she takes the time.
