Jordan was amazing. He did a great job on the windows but also showed up with a Starbucks coffee just to be friendly too. We talked and actually became friends due to his friendly nature. He also pointed out an issue with my windows that the Landlord of my building would need to address. I call that going the extra mile. I started as a customer and ended a friend. In my opinion thats the only way to do business
