I LOVE IT
Our grandpa Joseph is at Wellsprings Assisted Living facility, the staff has been so kind, loving, and supportive with him. We are very thankful for them, they keep up updated when we visit as well. Special thanks to Bobbie, Tiffany, and Tonya!
My cousin has had some past issues that prevented him from being accepted into some facilities. He has been in a Wellspring ALF for many years. Most recently the Zephyrhills facility. He was looked after with care and concern. Staff is very friendly and attentive to his sometimes special needs. Communication with me was always good their administrator Tiffany. She always got back to me if there was an issue in a timely manner.
I came to visit my uncle and the staff was wonderful and helpful and my uncle seemed to be happy, he was no longer secluded in his bedroom and is out socializing with other residents and overall in better health. I'm grateful for this facility
I tried calling 4 times around 4:30pm (I know they close at 5) however I received no answer and it eventually rang until the phone disconnected. Is today a holiday? I would be afraid to have my loved ones in a place that cannot manage the simple task of answering the phone.
