Now that depends on what I am reviewing. I have been using their Catheters for many years, they are the best that I have found so-far so I would give the Product 5 Stars. However, the supply system as some here have already said is TERRIBLE. I initially got refills using their Website, that worked really well. Then I was assigned to a person to order refills that worked until that person no longer handled that job. Customer service horrible,stay on phone for 1:30 hours waiting for someone to answer,never got a response. Do not recommend this company.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been calling their toll free number every day for a week. No answer except automated. No response from leaving a call back message either. They don't want your business.
The male intermittent catheter is not easy to insert. Grip gets very slippery and I need to use a tool given to me by doctor to try to expand urethra first....my regular catheter is better--I had to get these from doc until my next shipment arrives next week. Hope I don't have to use these ever again.
