if you really need in home care do not pick this place. The supervisor in charge named Ashley likes to play games. Everything was set up and everything and oh she needed a phone call but oh she would try to call you. Your voicemail is on, but it’s OK for her to have a voicemail that picked up every second when you try to leave her a message and you couldn’t even leave one. I gave a two star because I did have a nice and persuasive person help me the two times I got him but now I need them again and they turned me down. I don’t know why I was turned down but being turned down after I gave a very good rating the last time and knowing that I needed someone like the person I had before really makes me feel like they don’t care. My mom had excellent care with the team that came.
I have been getting care visits since April. . .it was a bit rough in the beginning but I have to say once things got straightened out, I have had nothing but exceptional care with Stephanie, Michelle and Madeline. Their organization is very lucky to have them. I would recommend those 3 to anyone that needs care. They always show up with smiles on their faces, are understanding and give great care. Definitely a plus for Wellspans VNA.
They don't care about the patients it's about their paychecks.
