One of the first appointments of the day and late.
This place is the worst with communication. I have made 5 phone calls and nobody can call me back and tell me what’s going on. They put a stent in to help me pass 2 kidney stones. They told me it has to stay in until I pass the stones. Nobody will call me back about removing it or scheduling another CT scan to see if they’re gone. Anything wellspan is just disastrous anymore.
Called on Monday morning when they opened and told them I'd like to schedule a appointment due to another kidney stone or stones. Was told a person would call me back the same day. Well Tuesday morning I called back and was told the same thing! Will be going elsewhere now! Wellspan went downhill. Do yourself n family a favor and go elsewhere.
They stopped my uti i had every month It's been 2 years doing wonderful
