The entire staff seemed bored. They're reciting their statements but they're not talking to me. I learned nothing more than I learned online. We timed a new appointment for a reason. Now I'm being assaulted with e mails and texts to move up my appointment - not to address my needs but to fill a schedual. They want me back for a "consutation" after my new PSA test. I will know what the number means. I can get the blood test 2 minuets from my house. I don't need a specialist, or a robotic, hassle-filled staff for that.
This office is unprofessional. We had an appointment scheduled weeks ago and when we got there they had no record of it and no explanation. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful of our time. Regretting the need to change providers.
Dr. Zorn explained everything and the procedure was quick and easy. Solid job by everyone.

The staff is consistently rude and condescending, making an already stressful situation even more difficult.
