Made a video visit appointment, waited online for it to start 30 minutes and finally called the office, only to find out that the doctor had left for the day and wasn't coming back for a week. No call, no attempt from the office to communicate, nothing.

This office can't keep doctors. In 6 visits I saw 3 different doctors. I finally said the hell with it and now travel down to Johns Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore to see a Urologist down there and it is DEFINITELY worth the 1.5 hour drive to Baltimore as the care I receive is a night and day difference.
The doctor decided what was wrong with me before he ever asked me a question or examined me. I never saw my films. He just told me what was on them by phone. He was arrogant and condescending. I will be seeking another opinion. Still no relief. By the way, the person that examined me was a D.O., not a urologist. I'm sorry, but if the facility claims to specialize in urology I would expect to see an actual urologist.
Called the hospital they gave me the after hours response number after hitting the medical emergency option I’ve now waited more than 15 minuets on hold.
