Terrible. Having an issue for years due to being misdiagnosed by another doctor. Decided to go with Wellspan and got a referral to this office. Had the appointment for months and took off work. The week before they call to cancel telling me I need to reschedule because of the doctor's schedule. Wow thats fantastic no other providers can see you and you must wait another 2 months for a possible appointment. Ready to get out of the Wellspan network already and will definitely never schedule or suggest that anyone come to this ... read more
Negligent and reckless. Avoid at all costs.
My wife scheduled with this practice was then called Weeks later Saying oh you have to see a doctor not a PA. Finally the time came for her visit and she made a wrong turn causing her to be 13 minutes late. Apparently they have a 10 minute late policy. Apparently three minutes makes that much of a difference that they are willing to lose a customer. They just don’t care about their job and wanted to go home for the day.
