I am a PA-C in MD. I took my mom in for severe back pain. She is having a procedure to help in 48 hours. Impressed with the staff's empathy and willingness to accommodate my mom to a quicker surgery so she can live life again w/o pain. I will return when needed!

I did have a 2ac separation of right shoulder joint, but the most pain was in trapezoid which has nothing to do with the ac separation. Staff member seemed very dismissive about the pain I was in and wouldn't acknowledge the trapezoid muscle being a problem. Went somewhere for a 2nd opnion and here I was in so much pain because I also have a scapula out of place that's pulling on my muscles. Got better results somewhere else and got an order for physical therapy and extended light duty work.
The receptionist was very snotty she said can i help u & then told me to to use touch screen to sign in i told her it said see front desk then said im with someobe else but my ? Was where do i go 4 this certain thing i have do i stay in the building r go spmewhere else she couldnt answer that !!!!!
