This was honestly one of the worst medical provider visits I’ve ever had. Luckily when I went there was no wait and the medical assistant was very nice. However, I had Debbra L Millhausen, CRNP as my provider and could not be more disappointed. She didn’t introduce herself at all. She spoke to me for maybe one minute total and was incredibly dismissive. She didn’t listen to me at all. I’D BE WILLING TO BET THE 5 star reviews were paid for!! READ THE 1 star reviews for honest feedback!! Worst excuse for an urgent care I’ve ever seen!!! First, they lie about pricing. Told us $15 cash only for sports physicals only to get a bill for an additional $188 a month later!! They also only have 1 person who does physicals so we had to wait over 2 hours. Lastly, they wouldn’t pass my daughter for her physical because she said she gets pain in her heart. So they said they couldn’t pass her but that they would send me ... read more
