I felt I was well cared for. I went over a month ago for a UTI I felt I had had for a while and no one else had taken seriously. I wish I remembered names but it was a little while ago. Either way, my nurse was lovely and advocated for my condition and I thought Dr. Stein was very attentive and medicated me correctly. I am a month out from treatment and still feel very healthy. Thank you to everyone there for taking such good care of me!
The urgent care is small, as is the waiting room. However you can look online to check how many pins are waiting to be seen and also check in online before going in and waiting. I had a good experience there and was set to the hospital for the imaging that needed to be done. The location is clean.The only issue that I had was the doctor that called me with my results that night, which he did call at 11 PM, which was after they had closed with my results.I appreciated that , but he never sent the prescription in that he said ... read more
Front desk staff and PA were lovely, my complaint is about the nurse who took my vitals. I did not catch her name, unfortunately. I have autism* and need my partner's support during medical visits, particularly to stay calm during vital checks. The nurse tried to get my partner to leave my side, and when they told her that I get nervous during appointments and need some support, this woman laughed in our faces and said "Does she???" speaking about me as if I were a dog who suddenly couldn't be addressed directly anymore.
