We took our toddler here after he fell and split his chin open. Everyone was so kind to him. He ended up needing stitches. The team worked together to make is as seamless as possible. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. The CRNP who did his stitches was quick and did a great job. I think his name was Phil.

I find the lack of empathy, especially from the front desk (Heather specifically) to be quite concerning. People are already vulnerable when sick and empathy goes a long way in the health care field. You should seriously address the way your front desk team deals with sick patients. My daughter was in yesterday and the lack of empathy AND professionalism was quite disgusting!

I went to this Urgent Care today and I didn't have any issues the nurses were friendly and the place was cleaning would recommend this Urgent Care to my friends and family

I took my 1 year old son here because he had high temp coughing and congestion they told me he had a double ear infection and put him on antibiotics. The next day I had to take him to the emergency room because he was struggling to breathe come to find out his ears were cleared no ear infection he actually has metapneumovirus.

If you have anything other than a stuffy nose, do not come to this location. The staff here are both inconsiderate, unprofessional, and unable , unwilling to treat any true emergency. The staff is too busy messing around playing , fighting each other about who is going to go and attend to a patient needs,, talking About what should be their patience that they should be taking care of, making jokes and laughing 🤣 about what should be there patient’s pain ,suffering and needs .
