When in urgent need, this place is the best! Ive never had issues and always felt heard and cared for when here. Yes, there were times I needed to wait some time, but they do the best they can and give the time they can to help those who come before you. If you go right when they open it's usually a super quick in and out. They've helped me several times and I'm grateful to have such a good urgent care so close to home!
I made an appointment at urgent Care in April 2026 because my ear was completely stopped up and I couldn't hear. I was seeing it in about 5 minutes from the appointment time. A nurse practitioner came in and then the medical assistant came in to lavage my ear. It took a while for them to get the wax out. However, they were pleasant and persistent.. then the nurse practitioner came back in and told me I had a right ear infection and of course they looked at the other ear as well. Was told I would get results for a simple strep test in a half hour for my daughter. Three hours later, no results. I called and they had no eta.
