I had a really wonderful experience here. The wait times were short. Nurse Perez was amazing and so kind and really took her time listening and asking me questions about what was going on. All of the team members I interacted with were so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them it was a really good experience overall.
All the staff was kind and worked quickly to help my young child when she was hurt.
My 3 year old has been sick for a bit so I took him in. They told me he has allergies and to give him claritin. Actually the words were "his eyes look like allergy eyes, try some claritin" Hes progressively getting worse so I took him to the queen street location today. Turns out he has pneumonia. Shrewsbury did no tests on Friday. I had to go to the desk and interrupt 5 people talking and laughing and ask how much longer our wait would be. I was seen here today for the first time. I was in and out in less than an hour! The provider I saw was Melba I believe. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely visit this urgent care again!!!
