Two hour wait time and finally left without ever seeing anyone and bathrooms needed immediate attention, how can a healthcare facility have that dirty of a bathroom? Will not go back. Needs more staffing, better sanitation and better oversight overall. Got in and out of Urgent Care right next door in and out in under 45 minutes with an X-ray.
I had the most wonderful experience with Briana Mack, PA-C, Lauren D., and Jen R. at the Shrewsbury, PA Urgent Care location. We had a laceration emergency that required stitches and arrived just before closing, and from the moment we walked in, they treated us with nothing but kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, compassionate, and made me feel truly cared for. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful visit much more reassuring. Super impressed with my visit at Wellspan Urgent Care, which is not something I say often about an urgent care center! Everyone was so friendly and great with my two young kids. There was no wait time at all and we were in and out in under an hour.
