I went to this Urgent Care on 3/25/2025 to get my ears cleaned because I had a ear wax buildup in both my ears the 2 ladies that were doing this seamed not to know how to do it I have had my ears cleaned before. We waited an hour to go back to the room, fifteen minutes to see the doctor for five minutes. The doctor gave no real diagnosis but prescribed an antibiotic prescription. Told us to follow up in 10 days if not feeling better. I asked questions but got no answers, except well it could be this or it could be that. We didnt come here for a guessing game. I had Candice a nurse practitioner and she was awesome. She really seemed to care and I was impressed.
