From Denise our check in ST, to Amanda our pre-op, to Doug, Katie, Kim, David and Patty, I had excellent care. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. The procedure was minor, but they did not act that way. Top notch care is what I received. What a great place to have surgery if you need it. Thank you so much!!
This was my first experience with the WellSpan Surgical Center. From the start, they were very informative and pleasant. They not only sent me the information for the procedure, but they contacted me the day before to go over it completely with me and made sure I had all the information I needed. Came here for endoscopy and colonoscopy. This is the first time I have ever had any kind of procedure before other than wisdom teeth removal a couple months prior. I was very scared. I've never been put under anesthesia before so I was terrified about that as well. From the time I checked in to the time I left, I was very well taken care of.
