This is honestly one of the worst doctors I’ve been to. Wellspan in general is absolutely horrible and I would not go here if I had any other options. If you’re thinking about coming to this location just don’t. They do not know how to process prescriptions for biologics and they will absolutely disrupt your medication schedule.

Called today to find out why my prescription was being held up. They told me I have to have an appt with the “new doctor” before I can get it filled. My appt I then made is 5 weeks away so my meds will be held up. No apologies whatsoever from the unit secretary. If I had known I was getting a new doctor and would need to see them before my script could be filled I would have done so. Bad practice.
