I have an outstanding rhumotilogist, Dr. Gupta. I have rare autoimmune disease. Dr. Gupta & her staff have been there for me through all the ups & downs. She & her staff have been so patient and kind, have so much empathy even when I feel like a pain in the butt. . Worst medical care I've ever seen and I didn't even get an appointment. Asking for referrals sending back referrals Requested that they get my records from previous provider, wouldn't do it. The requested that I do blood work before my appointment sent the referral back again. Jumping thru hoops to get medical care shameful. If you're a new patido go here. If the doctors are anything like the office staff, go elsewhere
The doctor was nice. Seemed to be covering all the bases, I switched PCPs, only to find out if the provider would have ordered a simple EDS blood draw, they could have confirmed or ruled out EDS, but instead didn’t want to proceed because “everything was normal”. Office staff was great though. The dr was friendly. Just seems Wellspan is forgetting their job is to actually care for the patients.
This is my Rheumatologist and I couldn't find a better one. My Dr. Marchena-Mendez is so nice ,listens, and really helps you with your arthritis to find the right meds to help me. The staff is so nice. Highly recommend this dr.
This is honestly one of the worst doctors I’ve been to. Wellspan in general is absolutely horrible and I would not go here if I had any other options. If you’re thinking about coming to this location just don’t. They do not know how to process prescriptions for biologics and they will absolutely disrupt your medication schedule.
