After years of seeing a Doctor, I now see a Nurse Practitioner, but pay the same. Thanks to WellSpan, I hardly see a Doctor anymore.

Had sleep study scheduled for November 2. Suppose to get some watch and phone call same day but it never happened. No call, no watch and no scheduled sleep study done. Why? No idea. I just left the lack of care penn medice/LGH gave. Hope switching to wellspan wasn't a mistake. Will update review after calling Nov 3. UPDATE: Called and was told sleep study watch was delivered(lie) and it was NOT. I then had to call Lebanon sleep office because ephrata knows nothing. Keep giving me the run a round a see.

I've been to numerous doctors offices over the years and can always tell as soon as I step in the door if I'll be glad I came! The receptionist was so friendly to me and her co-workers. Dr. Tina Waters was a lovely person who seemed to care about her patients. I love to hear happy chatter when I'm nervous about an appointment!! Great work, Wellspan Pulmonary!!
