Generally they are an okay office but they can be cold and informal with patients. It’s hard to get in touch with someone if you do have any issues and some of the staff can be cold and uncaring. Unfortunately they are the only office in the area
I appreciated my therapist and therapy itself though I knew at some point I would likely need to inquire something more However my issue lies with communication from the office itself. I know medical offices are no longer about care for the most part though not everywhere. It's a mixed bag here for me actually. I have a family member and a couple of friends who come here and never had anything bad to say about them. They treat my family member with the upmost respect and dignity. If there is a concern or question, they have no problem talking to me.
