Everyone I know that's gone there is just as bad or worse than when they started. Their "treatment" is a waste of time
Not a specific review to this location as I tried to schedule with here and was unable to because my PCP provider was not WellSpan. Don’t waste your time trying to schedule anything with Philhaven if you don’t have a PCP within the WellSpan network. Scheduler was very rude as soon as I mentioned my PCP network. Seems very wrong to not work with PCP outside their WellSpan network. Especially in regards to mental health.
My therapist Aleysha is absolutely Wonderful. In all my years (57) and a lifetime of therapy, this is the first time I have felt safe and able to tell my whole story. She is kind and caring and with my OK she calls me out in a caring way, of how I could have maybe handled a situation differently. For me, I need that accountability.
