I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I took time off work and used my vacation hours to bring my children to their appointments, which were extremely important. My 5-year-old needed a checkup required by his school, and my 2-year-old needed his 2-year checkup and vaccines. When I arrived to check in, I was told the appointments had been canceled. I am an employee of sslud and I can say that my children's pediatrician is excellent. He discovered a heart condition in my oldest son, who is 16 years old, that his previous doctor did not detect. I have been in this office for 8 years. My pediatrician is Hafiz Muslim he is efficient and cares about the patient. The only thing I don't like is that some of the staff in front of you are a little rude, but I continue going because the pediatrician is excellent and the rest of the staff doesn't interest me, but it doesn't influ... read more

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at WellSpan Pediatric Medicine on East Market St, What should have been a reliable and supportive environment turned out to be incredibly frustrating, and it is clear that their priorities are not aligned with patient care. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff were more interested in getting through the day rather than attending to the needs of their patients.
