I want to bring awareness to anyone coming here for help, as you will in fact not get any help at all. If the other reviews are anything to go by, you can tell the service here is despicable. Dr. Martin is a smug man who cares little for his patients. I went here with my roommate (both of us university women) who was worried about her chest pain. As university women we are not dumb, however Dr. Martin treated us as if my friend was stupid, naive, and did not know her own body and what she was talking about. Shame on this man... read more
The office staff is beyond rude. Appointments are less than 15 minutes and each appointment I was passed off to someone else. I've been in constant pain almost a year and nothing has been done except extravagant bills to my insurance company. You need to leave a voicemail message because they do not answer the phone and then you never get a return call. Save your time, money and health and go to UPMC because they have local offices and their staff and professionals treat you very professional and get to the root of the probl... read more

Really nice doctor but office staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, racist and rude. Told me to go find a different place to get treatment and that I’m not the only patient in pain. Filed a formal complaint. The supervisor started making unwarranted comments on my scheduling app, saying that I already scheduled a different appt elsewhere.
