The office staff is beyond rude. Appointments are less than 15 minutes and each appointment I was passed off to someone else. I've been in constant pain almost a year and nothing has been done except extravagant bills to my insurance company. You need to leave a voicemail message because they do not answer the phone and then you never get a return call. Really nice doctor but office staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, racist and rude. Told me to go find a different place to get treatment and that I’m not the only patient in pain. Filed a formal complaint. The supervisor started making unwarranted comments on my scheduling app, saying that I already scheduled a different appt elsewhere. I usually am not one to do reviews, but after how I was treated...I feel like other people should know what their getting into, and have the heads up that I didn't have prior to this visit. I had an appt with Dr. Martin (which I had been told this was to schedule double carpal tunnel surgery) I had done my nerve testing and came up severe, as I figured. I have had many surgeries done by docs at Sun Orthopedic. I have never had to wait two months to have a necessary surgery until now. I really liked Dr. Dominick when I had my carpal tunnel surgery consult. I wanted a surgeon who does the procedure using the arthroscopic method. He is one of only two at this practice that performs this type of surgery. Here is why I gave this visit 3 stars….my surgery would be done at the ambulatory care center.
