First time at an Orthopedic Urgent Care and it was a good experience. Didn't have to wait veey long to be seen by a provider. Staff was kind and understanding of the pain I was in. The PA I saw was helpful in getting me on the treatment path I needed.
My daughter and I went in today, 11/04/2025, and everyone was so helpful Ivelisse was very kind and explained everything she was doing, Molly listened and provided a referral for further diagnosis. My daughter went to another WellSpan, not this location, and they did an x-ray, prescribed medicine for pain, and didn't refer for an MRI. She had a wrestling injury and I'm glad that at this location, they actually show they care for their patients and don't automatically just throw prescriptions at them.
