If I could give this place a zero I would. The employees are very rude and seem like they don’t wanna their jobs at all you can’t call this place at all. I had to call this place five times and they still will not pick up the phone so don’t even bother trying calling this place because they hate answering phones when you have a question they are very rude to you. My one friend waited a hour just to do a drug test for their work. They are very unprofessional
Checked in at noon on a Thursday and was out in 40 minutes doing a random DOT screening. Had a nice exchange with woman collecting sample and was out.
I arrived about fifteen minutes early appointment was 0800 no one in the lobby. I waiting for 1hr 30m before even being seen after getting called back waited another 30mins before the doctor she came in. She was asking questions they already had paperwork for. I asked her about it she then cocked an attitude with me because I asked questions. Then she proceeded to turn around and started talking with her back towards me very unprofessional.
