The staff is generally nice, but after having prenatal care in 3 different states I feel like the program is very general and sort of lacking. They do very little to educate you about the pregnancy or what to expect (relying too heavily on their pregnancy app perhaps), even when questioned about specific procedures I haven’t gotten the full story once. I want to give Taasha at least 30 stars but I’m only allowed 5. I really like some of the other team I’ve had previously like Dr. Lawrence, and there is a nurse tDanielle that is really great as well, but my appointment the other day with Taasha was the best yet. First of all, she read my chart. As a healthcare provider myself, it seems silly to have to type that out but in today’s day and age a lot of providers do not and it is very evident to the patient. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice! I came here from UMPC to follow Taasha Guillemette, CRNP, who is an absolute delight. She is truly the most compassionate, kind and down-to-earth medical professional I have ever met. I have also seen Dr. Hassinger (who is now retired) and now see Dr. Niester (due to more complicated medical issues), and have only ever been treated with the utmost respect and care. Couldn't recommend this location more!
